The Pot Calling The Kettle Black and White

Poor Milney.
It's rough being called a "f------ rapist" by a "grey-haired old c---" and a "f------ homo." Why such hurtful sledges Collingwood? It's just not Cricket.
I am constantly reminded that there is no sarcasm font when typing so, to clarify, I'm siding with Collingwood on this one (I feel a little dirty).
Growing up, one of the golden rules in the playground was, if you dish it out, you should be prepared to cop it. Milne should know this. He would have been in the school system (I presume) before all the kids were wrapped in cotton wool to protect the precious little darlings from the big bad bullies. (I contend a certain amount of bullying is good for kids - but that's besides the point).
You can argue that Mick should be old enough to know better but on the flip side he's also old enough to know better. His teams down at half time. They've kicked one goal four and are looking for a spark. Milne jogs past and opens his big mouth. I say Mick was well within his rights to give him a spray.
In the "New Age" football environment Mick will be derided as unprofessional but sometimes a coach needs to try something. It was a gamble, that ultimately didn't work as the Pies didn't win, but they did work back into the game in the second proving that it still doesn't hurt to give the players a bit of a rev up now and then. Mick will have to pay the fine but sometimes rolling the dice works. Just ask Sheedy.
As for Milne, Boohoo. Go cry to someone who cares.
