Well it has been a long time between drinks and for that I do apologize. I have been working for an evil mining company for the last little while and as such have been too busy to post anything. Now that I am no longer digging holes for Satan (global economic crisis and all) I have a bit of free time on my hands. Just so that we are clear about my situation I will drop pants for food and or money so if you’re interested, give me a yell.
Now that the formalities are out of the way let’s get down to the business at hand. The AFL is back and not a moment too soon! No more having to pretend to like the Cricket as an excuse to have a beer or three.
To celebrate my return to blogging and the AFL’s return to our screens I decided to do my homework for a change and stepped out to the front bar between bands at the local to catch a bit of the West Coast Vs Collingwood opener on Saturday. Apparently Woosha thinks the Eagles are top eight material this year!? Well I guess he has to keep positive in front of the camera for the benefit of the players. Grrrr go get ‘em you ferocious Eagles you.
P.S. Good bump Nick Maxwell. Bring back the shirt front.
